Roles & Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage the kitchen sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Drive sales of branded kitchen products and solutions.
Understand customer requirements and provide expert guidance on kitchen designs, layouts, materials, and appliances.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales and project process.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.
Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams for smooth project execution.
Maintain showroom standards and ensure displays reflect current trends and premium brands.
Develop strategies to improve sales performance, profitability, and customer experience.
Prepare sales reports and track department performance metrics.

Proven experience in managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
Background in kitchen, furniture, interiors, or home improvement industry preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field is an advantage.
