We are seeking a diligent and reliable Office Lady to support our administrative team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and efficient, contributing to a productive workplace.
# Responsibilities:
* Maintain cleanliness of office areas including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, restrooms, and common areas.
* Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required.
* Assist with document handling, and mail distribution within the office.
* Ensure office and pantry supplies are stocked and inform the concerned department when replenishment is required.
* Prepare meeting rooms with necessary materials and ensure they are clean and ready for use.
* Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
* Support event setup and takedown for office meetings, training sessions, and company functions.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Previous experience as an Office Lady, Office Assistant, or in a similar support role is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of office procedures and workplace hygiene standards.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and follow instructions accurately.
• Physically fit and capable of carrying out cleaning and office support duties.
• Honest, reliable, punctual, and well-mannered.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in the workplace.
• Basic knowledge of handling office equipment such as photocopiers and scanners is preferred.
• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi locations and ability to handle local errands when required.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to assist staff and visitors.
