Fixcraft is looking for a young, energetic, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Sales Engineer / Sales Executive to join our growing Architectural Surface Protection Films division. We are looking for someone with fresh ideas, strong confidence, and the willingness to work in a new and fast-growing premium segment. The role will focus on promoting and selling premium surface protection film solutions for marble, wood, glass, kitchen countertops, dining tables, furniture, and interior surfaces. Key Responsibilities: Handle daily enquiries and leads received through social media, WhatsApp, calls, and other channels Follow up with customers professionally and convert leads into confirmed bookings Meet clients, interior designers, contractors, consultants, and villa owners Visit sites, understand customer requirements, and suggest suitable protection solutions Prepare quotations and close deals Coordinate with engineers and installation teams for site visits and project execution Maintain proper lead tracking, follow-ups, and sales updates Build strong customer relationships and ensure after-sales follow-up Achieve monthly sales targets

Desired Candidate Profile

Young, energetic, enthusiastic, and open to learning a new business segment Creative mindset with new ideas for customer approach and sales growth Previous sales experience in interiors, fit-out, construction, furniture, building materials, or related fields preferred Experience in handling social media leads and customer enquiries will be an advantage Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills Confident, presentable, and target-oriented Ability to explain the value of a premium product to customers Valid UAE driving license preferred Must be proactive in converting high-volume enquiries into sales
