Dibber UAE is looking for an experienced and passionate Unit Manager to lead one of our nursery settings!

Role Responsibilities:• Lead the overall daily operations of the nursery• Ensure high standards of education, wellbeing, health, and safety• Support, guide, and develop the nursery team• Build strong relationships with parents, families, and the wider community• Maintain compliance with UAE regulatory requirements and company standards• Drive enrolment, parent satisfaction, and operational excellence• Foster a positive, collaborative, and nurturing culture within the nursery
Key Qualifications & Skills:• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field• CACHE Level 5 or relevant leadership qualification is an advantage• Previous experience in a leadership role within an early years setting• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and UAE regulations• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills• Passion for early childhood education and team development• Ability to lead with professionalism, warmth, and empathy• Strong operational and parent relationship management skills
