Hiring: Senior Business Analyst – Product HCMLocation: Dubai, UAEContract Duration :6 Months renewable.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll and Cloud HCM applications.

Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement Oracle Cloud HCM solutions Configure and support Payroll and Compensation modules Manage HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, and reporting Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution delivery Support integrations between Fusion HCM and external systems Conduct testing, training, and system optimization Develop dashboards, OTBI reports, BI Publisher reports, and Infolets Support Redwood page customization and implementation Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or related field3–5 years of relevant experience Strong techno-functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Experience with Core HR, Payroll, Security, and Approval Workflows Strong SQL and PL/SQL knowledge Experience with Oracle Fusion AI capabilities is an advantage Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
