Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Civil Engineer located in Dubai. The Site Civil Engineer will oversee and execute day-to-day construction activities while ensuring compliance with design specifications, codes, and safety standards. Responsibilities include preparing engineering designs, supervising on-site construction, managing stormwater systems, and coordinating with project teams to ensure timely project completion. The role also involves planning construction processes, monitoring progress, and troubleshooting technical challenges as necessary.
Qualifications Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and detailed knowledge of Civil Engineering principles and applications Experience in Stormwater Management and other relevant water resources engineering practices Skills in Planning, project scheduling, and resource allocation Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with engineering software and tools Ability to work collaboratively in on-site environments and manage teams effectively Experience in Dubai’s construction industry and knowledge of local regulations is a must
