Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Arab Emirates for a Health Safety Environment (HSE) Supervisor. The HSE Supervisor will oversee the implementation of health and safety protocols, conduct regular inspections, investigate workplace accidents, ensure compliance with EHS standards, and promote a culture of safety across the organization. This role requires proactive management of risks and collaboration with teams to maintain a safe and environmentally responsible working environment.
Qualifications Expertise in Health & Safety and Occupational Health Proficiency in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) practices and standards Experience in Accident Investigation and conducting workplace inspections Strong understanding of safety protocols and risk management strategies Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Certification in Health and Safety (NEBOSH) is must Bachelor's technical degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field (Btech/BE or Technical Diploma) Familiarity with UAE’s safety regulations and compliance standards is a plus3-4 years experienced in UAE with a VISA stamped as " Security Officer" or related.
