Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, management, and team members
Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Arabic (reading, writing, and comprehension)
Computer Skills: Familiarity with MS Office, CRM systems, and telephone systems
Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks efficiently and provide timely support
Analytical Skills: Ability to gather and analyze data, understand customer needs, and contribute to improving processes and strategies
Strong administrative skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
