Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling, ensuring the CEO's time is allocated efficiently and prioritizing critical meetings.
  • Act as a gatekeeper, expertly handling communications and filtering requests to protect the CEO's time and focus.
  • Prepare detailed meeting agendas and take comprehensive notes to provide actionable insights and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate high-level travel arrangements, balancing logistics and personal preferences for seamless trips.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with a preference for candidates with advanced degrees.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives in a dynamic environment.

  • Experience in industries such as technology, finance, or healthcare to ensure familiarity with sector-specific challenges.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, coupled with advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
