Roles & Responsibilities

Operate and manage printing equipment for production of visual merchandising materials, stickers, signage, and promotional graphics.
Create and edit artwork using CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator according to brand and project requirements.
Prepare print-ready files and ensure color and design accuracy before production.
Install stickers, vinyl graphics, signage, and other visual merchandising materials at retail locations or project sites.
Assist in executing visual merchandising displays and in-store branding activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of printing and installation projects.
Maintain printing machines, tools, and materials in good working condition.
Monitor inventory of printing and installation supplies when required.
Support day-to-day visual merchandising operations and other related tasks assigned by management.
Specifics:
File Preparation: Create print-ready files for stickers and plotting.
Machine Operation: Operate plotter cutting machines and large-format digital printing machines.
Installation and Support: Install vinyl stickers and assist the installation team as needed.
In-House Sticker Production: Oversee all in-house sticker-related work.
Set up and adjust printing machines according to job specifications, ensuring optimal performance and quality.
Monitor the printing process in real-time, identifying any issues that may arise and taking swift corrective actions.
Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts to ensure longevity and efficiency.
Collaborate with design teams to ensure that printed materials meet specifications and customer expectations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Printer Operator.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency in CorelDRAW.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
Experience in installing stickers and visual materials.
Relevant work experience in visual merchandising or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in retail visual merchandising is an advantage.
Basic understanding of large-format printing and production processes.
Knowledge of branding and display execution standards.
