Roles & Responsibilities
Welcome clients and build strong relationships with Pet owners
Manage bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and daily Front Office operations
Coordinate transportation schedules and communicate Pet owner's instructions with the operational team
Handle client communication through phone, WhatsApp, and email
Manage invoices, payments, memberships, and daily attendance records
Coordinate client updates, photos, videos, and follow-ups regarding boarding, grooming, daycare, and hydrotherapy
Maintain communication between Front Office and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Handle complaints professionally and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Desired Candidate Profile
A genuine passion for Dogs, Cats, and animal welfare is essential
Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist, Front Office, administration, or similar role
Experience in the pet industry is preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent English communication skills
Organized, responsible, and able to multitask
Positive attitude, smiling personality, and team-oriented mindset
