Roles & Responsibilities
· Develop and prepare detailed documents, plans, specifications, and layouts for various projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and standards.
· Create comprehensive project budgets, ensuring efficient cost control and effective financial management throughout the project's lifecycle.
· Collaborate with third-party consultants to define technical and cost requirements, ensuring that all project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.
· Assist in the review, auditing, and monitoring of compliance for submitted payment requests, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contractual obligations under the guidance of the Project Manager.
· Support the Project Manager in tracking project progress and managing any deviations from the planned scope, schedule, or budget.
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution, facilitating smooth communication and problem-solving.
· Contribute to the preparation and submission of progress reports, providing updates on project status, challenges, and milestones.
· Assist in identifying and mitigating potential project risks by proactively addressing issues that could impact timelines, costs, or quality.
· Ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards in all project phases, collaborating with relevant authorities and stakeholders.
· Provide ongoing support in the development and maintenance of project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date for future reference and audits.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a similar background
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong project management, budgeting, and financial tracking abilities.
Expertise in technical documentation, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
