Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with RAK Municipality regulations and client vision.
  • Prepare and present detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using relevant software for project approvals.
  • Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to integrate designs seamlessly and ensure project feasibility.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
  • Must hold a valid RAK Municipality Architect License, demonstrating eligibility to practice architecture in RAK.
  • Have a minimum of 8 years of relevant architectural experience, with a focus on projects in the UAE or GCC region.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling tools.
