Roles & Responsibilities / Job Handling Areas

• HVAC system operation and maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing faults in HVAC systems.

• Maintenance of plumbing and water supply systems, including design and upgrading of systems.

• Fire protection system inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

• Energy management and sustainability initiatives, including BMS monitoring.

• Asset management, inventory of mechanical equipment, ensuring timely maintenance, and developing preventive maintenance plans.

• Building automation control.

• Emergency and backup system handling.

• Waste management system handling.

• Air quality management system monitoring.

• Documentation, reporting, and budgeting.

Key Competencies Required

• Strong knowledge in MEP and facility maintenance.

• HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance expertise.

• Knowledge of BMS and automation systems.

• Preventive maintenance planning.
