Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization.

  • Manage multi-line phone systems, efficiently directing calls and taking messages as needed to maintain smooth communication.

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and room bookings, optimizing the use of resources and time.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution and adherence to security protocols.

  • Those with visa is preferred.

  • 1 day off and 10 hours of work.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration or hospitality are a plus.

  • 1-3 years of experience in a front office or customer service role, demonstrating a proactive approach to guest relations.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software to enhance productivity.

  • Proficient in English.
