Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist students, staff, parents, and visitors professionally
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails
Provide accurate information regarding university departments, programs, schedules, and services
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and document preparation
Assist students with general inquiries and directions around campus
Handle front desk and administrative tasks
Manage calls, emails, and visitor inquiries
Maintain records and office documentation
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
UAE National candidates ( Female only)
Good communication skills in English and Arabic preferred
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Professional appearance and positive attitude
