Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and grow assigned customer accounts.
Develop account strategies to increase revenue and customer retention.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Microsoft and IT solutions.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients.
Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
Maintain strong executive-level relationships with customers.
Prepare account plans, forecasts, and reports.
Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of account management experience in IT solutions sales.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, Salesforce, Power Platform, and Managed Services.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Proven experience managing enterprise accounts.
