Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed cost estimation for projects by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and other documents to ensure accuracy in budgeting.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts that align with project requirements and budget constraints.
  • Prepare and maintain a comprehensive database of materials and suppliers, ensuring timely updates to reflect market changes and availability.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to align procurement strategies with project timelines and objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is essential for technical proficiency.

  • Minimum of 5-12 years of relevant experience in estimation and procurement within MEP.

  • Certifications such as Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) or Procurement Professional (CPP) are highly advantageous.

  • Experience with project management software and estimation tools, demonstrating proficiency in digital workflows.
