Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Home Automation Technician to design, install, program, commission, and support smart home systems for residential villa projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with integrated automation systems including lighting control, HVAC integration, home cinema, CCTV, access control, motorized curtains, and networking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program and configure smart home automation systems such as KNX (ETS), Control4, Crestron, Lutron, or Savant, Dali Lighting System.
2. Install, terminate, test, and commission automation hardware including control panels, dimmers, sensors, smart switches, and touch panels.
3. Integrate ELV systems including CCTV, access control, intercom, structured cabling, gate barriers, and background music systems (BGM).
4. Configure home networking systems including routers, managed switches, Wi-Fi access points, and IoT gateways.
5. Read and interpret electrical drawings, load schedules, wiring schematics, and architectural layouts.
6.Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, fault rectification, and final commissioning.
7. Provide client training and handover documentation upon project completion.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics.
Experience: 2–3 years of experience in home automation, ELV, AV installation, or electrical field work specifically within the UAE market
