Roles & Responsibilities
Actively manage and convert an existing client pipeline for property sales and leasing opportunities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market intelligence
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with prospective clients
Provide expert guidance on market trends, property pricing, and investment opportunities
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors, property owners, tenants, and buyers
Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and client interactions in CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, property management) to ensure smooth transactions
Stay updated on market conditions, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements

Requirements
Proven experience in real estate sales and/or leasing
Demonstrated strong client pipeline and network (must be able to bring active leads)
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills
Strong understanding of the local real estate market
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Valid real estate license/certification (if applicable)
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
