Roles & Responsibilities

  • Actively manage and convert an existing client pipeline for property sales and leasing opportunities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market intelligence

  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with prospective clients

  • Provide expert guidance on market trends, property pricing, and investment opportunities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors, property owners, tenants, and buyers

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and client interactions in CRM systems

  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, property management) to ensure smooth transactions

  • Stay updated on market conditions, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate sales and/or leasing

  • Demonstrated strong client pipeline and network (must be able to bring active leads)

  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills

  • Strong understanding of the local real estate market

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

  • Valid real estate license/certification (if applicable)

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
