We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimation Engineer with a strong background in civil construction projects to manage cost estimation, tender preparation, quantity take-offs, and pricing analysis for infrastructure and building projects. The candidate should have extensive experience in GCC construction projects and the ability to coordinate with technical, procurement, and commercial teams during the tendering stage. Key Responsibilities • Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and project requirements. • Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs for civil projects. • Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations for commercial comparison. • Coordinate with procurement, planning, and engineering departments during bid preparation. • Prepare technical and commercial clarifications for tenders. • Identify project risks, cost-saving opportunities, and value engineering options. • Participate in site visits, pre-bid meetings, and client discussions when required. • Maintain estimation databases, costing records, and historical project data. • Ensure timely submission of competitive and accurate bids. • Support management during negotiations and post-tender activities.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. • Minimum 8–15 years of experience in estimation for civil construction projects. • Strong experience in infrastructure, industrial, commercial, or EPC projects. • GCC experience preferred, especially in UAE • Knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions. • Experience in large-scale civil and infrastructure projects. • Good knowledge of construction materials, methods, and market rates. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software. • Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tender deadlines.
