Roles & Responsibilities

Welcome and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Manage salon appointments, bookings, and cancellations efficiently.

  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and customer messages promptly.

  • Handle billing, cash transactions, card payments, and maintain payment records.

  • Coordinate with salon staff to ensure smooth scheduling and client flow.

  • Maintain client records and update customer information in the system.

  • Promote salon services, offers, memberships, and products to clients.

  • Ensure the reception and waiting area remain clean, organized, and presentable.

  • Address customer inquiries and assist with resolving basic concerns professionally.

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience as a receptionist, salon receptionist, front desk executive, or customer service representative preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.

  • Basic computer knowledge and experience with appointment or billing systems.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Knowledge of English; Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.
