  • Preparing Inquiry report

  • Working on patients' complaints

  • Preparing agent report.

  • Preparing Live Chat Report.

  • Helping out in the training process.

  • Supervising the department.

  • Making sure that the team updated and educated accordingly about any information.

  • Handling patients and agents concern.
