Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain immaculate cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including floors, walls, and equipment, ensuring adherence to strict hygiene standards to prevent contamination.
  • Operate and maintain dishwashing machines, ensuring proper washing, sanitizing, and storage of all dishware, glassware, and utensils, to guarantee food safety and presentation.
  • Efficiently manage the organization of the dishwashing station, including the proper handling and disposal of waste to maintain a tidy and organized work environment.
  • Assist with the receiving, storage, and organization of food and supply deliveries, following established procedures to minimize waste and maintain inventory control.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent education is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment is advantageous.
  • Certification in food safety and hygiene is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is desirable.
