Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and supervise joinery works (wardrobes, kitchens, doors, wall paneling, custom furniture).
Coordinate with joinery workshop, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Execute works as per approved shop drawings and material submittals.
Monitor production, delivery, installation, and quality control.
Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants.
Prepare daily progress reports and update Project Manager.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and protection of joinery materials.
Support snagging, de-snagging, and handover activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design.
Strong UAE experience in joinery works for ID & Fit-Out projects.
Good knowledge of materials, finishes, hardware, and shop drawings.
Experience in luxury villa or commercial fit-out preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
