Roles & Responsibilities

  • Technical SME for the technologies listed in the Competency table below.
  • Handle Medium & Large projects.
  • Deliver Projects within schedule and budgets.
  • Critical customer incidents/breakdowns, troubleshooting them within the agreed service levels for self and team.
  • Reporting of all KPIs related to Service Delivery
  • Adherence to Process, Policies & Procedures
  • Maintain and acquire Certifications as per Business Requirements for self and team.
  • Escalating and coordinating with SMEs/vendors for critical cases and major implementation related issues.
  • Willing to work on-field at customer premises for undertaking Projects & Support functions based on the requirement.
  • Provide a consultative approach in delivering Projects & Support Functions which can lead to additional opportunities.
  • Design, deploy, and operate Cisco ACI (EVPN-VXLAN) data center fabrics.
  • Implement and support Cisco Software-Defined Access (SDA) using DNA Center.
  • Design and manage VMware NSX-T overlays, gateways, and micro-segmentation.
  • Deploy and optimize Next-Generation Firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco).
  • Design and manage enterprise wireless networks using HPE Aruba & Cisco.
  • Configure and administer Aruba ClearPass for NAC, 802.1X, guest access, and BYOD.
  • Integrate wired, wireless, and security platforms with identity systems (AD/LDAP).
  • Deploy and manage Secure Web Proxy (WSA) and Secure Email Gateway (ESA) solutions
  • Act as L3 escalation for complex incidents and perform RCA analysis.
  • Lead upgrades, migrations, technology refreshes, and optimization initiatives.
  • Prepare and maintain HLD, LLD, As-Built, and operational documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • CCIE (Enterprise or Data Center)
  • HPE Aruba (ACMP / ACMX / ClearPass)
  • VMware VCP-NV / VCAP-NV
  • Palo Alto PCNSE
  • Fortinet NSE 7 or higher
  • Solid understanding of routing, switching, and EVPN architectures.
  • Experience with Wi-Fi 6 / 6E / Wi-Fi 7 enterprise deployments.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-vendor environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize multiple objectives, initiatives, and requests.
  • High Degree of Perseverance.
  • Very good Customer handling Skills.
  • Can Do attitude.
  • Open to learn new technologies.
