Roles & Responsibilities
Beverage Preparation: Craft high-quality coffees, teas, juice drinks and specialty drinks according to established recipes and standards.
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions about menu items and ingredients, and make personalized recommendations.
Sales & Transactions: Take orders and process cash or credit card transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Maintenance & Sanitation: Clean and sanitize countertops, seating areas, and equipment (such as espresso machines and grinders) throughout the day.
Inventory: Restock beans, milk, syrups, paper goods, and display food.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates with culinary arts or food science education.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in beverage preparation, particularly in a juice bar or café setting.
Certification in food handling is highly desirable.
Experience with commercial juicing equipment and a strong understanding of ingredient functionality and flavor pairing.
