Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the interior fit-out sector.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are fully understood and met.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.

  • Negotiate contract terms and close deals with prospective clients.

  • Conduct market research to understand market trends and client needs.

  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and process metrics regularly.

  • Provide ongoing feedback and insights to improve sales strategies and operations.

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and account retention.

  • Prepare regular reports and forecasts on sales activity and revenue generation.

  • Stay informed of new industry innovations and competitive products.

  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand market presence.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the interior fit-out industry is required.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.

  • Strong understanding of interior design concepts and fit-out processes.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport.

  • Effective presentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
