Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with Russian-speaking clients to identify their needs and offer tailored product or service solutions.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations in Russian, ensuring clear and persuasive communication.
  • Manage and maintain client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries efficiently.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively closing deals and driving revenue growth within the Russian-speaking market.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrates fluency in Russian (native or near-native proficiency) and English (professional working proficiency).
  • Has a minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably within a specific industry like technology or finance.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
