Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the entire purchase order process, from creation to invoice reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.

  • Ensure proper documentation and accurate data entry, Maintain supplier accounts and purchase records.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchase transactions, including invoices, payments, and vendor communications.

  • Prepare and analyze monthly purchase accounting reports, identifying trends and variances to provide insights for decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

  • Has a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in purchase accounting or a related role within the manufacturing or retail industry.

  • Demonstrates proficiency in accounting software like ZOHO, Tally and Microsoft Excel.
