Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the entire purchase order process, from creation to invoice reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Ensure proper documentation and accurate data entry, Maintain supplier accounts and purchase records.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchase transactions, including invoices, payments, and vendor communications.
Prepare and analyze monthly purchase accounting reports, identifying trends and variances to provide insights for decision-making.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
Has a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in purchase accounting or a related role within the manufacturing or retail industry.
Demonstrates proficiency in accounting software like ZOHO, Tally and Microsoft Excel.
