Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage overall branch operations, sales performance, and customer service standards
  

• Lead, train, coach, and motivate branch staff to achieve operational and sales targets
  

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining safety and company standards
  

• Monitor employee productivity, attendance, and service quality
  

• Develop and implement strategies to increase branch revenue and profitability
  

• Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction
  

• Prepare monthly sales reports, branch performance reports, and operational updates
  

• Manage branch budgets, stock control, and operational expenses
  

• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and local business partners

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for technical understanding.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in workshop management (Mandatory), showcasing a proven track record of leadership in UAE

• Sound knowledge in Ms office tools & Presentation

• Technical experience in automotive industry, providing insight into specific processes and challenges.

• Should have Excellent communication in English , fluency in arabic will be an advantage

• Should available to join immediately
