Roles & Responsibilities
The Resource will support delivery of data and analytics solutions on the Modern Data Platform (MDP) by acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and data engineering teams. The role focuses on requirement gathering, data understanding, mapping, and validation to ensure reliable, governed, and analytics‑ready data products.
Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements.
Translate requirements into functional specs and data mappings.
Validate data quality, transformations, and reconciliations.
Support Agile delivery and UAT activities.
Strong understanding of data concepts (tables, joins, aggregations).
SQL for basic data validation and analysis.
Familiarity with Modern Data Platform concepts.
BRDs, FRDs, user stories, data mapping documents.
JIRA, Confluence, Excel.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Clear communication with business and technical teams.
Ability to manage multiple requirements in Agile setup.
High attention to detail for data validation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must have Bachelor’s degree, experience in SQL, Engineering, Documentations
