Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals, ensuring organizational growth and employee engagement.
  • Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, from crafting compelling job descriptions to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
  • Oversee employee performance management systems, facilitating constructive feedback and development plans for continuous improvement.
  • Design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and foster a culture of learning within the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus for advanced strategic roles.
  • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee development in a corporate environment.
  • Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent to demonstrate commitment to the profession and advanced knowledge.
  • Proven experience in managing employee relations and navigating complex interpersonal dynamics with diplomacy and tact.
