Roles & Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and update data in various databases and systems, ensuring high levels of precision to maintain data integrity.
  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying discrepancies and correcting errors promptly to uphold quality standards.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems, enabling easy access to important information and documents.
  • Generate and distribute timely reports based on data analysis, providing insights that aid decision-making processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree in a related field is preferred to enhance data management skills.

  • Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience in data entry or administrative roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of data processes.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, to efficiently manage and analyze data sets.

  • Experience with data entry software and database management systems, showcasing technical aptitude in utilizing various platforms.
