Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Develop product architecture and electronic hardware solutions.

2. Design analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power electronic circuits.

3. Create schematics and perform component selection.

4. Design multilayer PCBs and high-speed layouts.

5. Perform PCB stack-up planning, EMI/EMC considerations, signal integrity, and power integrity analysis.

6. Develop PCB libraries, footprints, and manufacturing documentation.

7. Support firmware and mechanical teams during product development.

8. Perform hardware debugging, validation, testing, and troubleshooting.

9. Coordinate with PCB fabrication and assembly vendors.

10. Manage projects from concept, prototype, testing, certification, and mass production.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Strong schematic design capability.

2. Hands-on PCB layout experience using Altium Designer, Allegro, Xpedition, or PADS.

3. Experience with microcontrollers, embedded systems, communication interfaces, and power supplies.

4. Knowledge of EMI/EMC, IPC standards, DFM/DFA, and manufacturing processes.

5. Experience in prototype bring-up, testing, and root-cause analysis.
