Roles & Responsibilities

• Promote and present the company's medical products and solutions to physicians, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.

• Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.

• Conduct regular field visits according to the approved sales and promotional plan.

• Deliver scientific and product presentations supported by clinical and technical information.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.

• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities and provide regular feedback to management.

• Participate in medical conferences, workshops, exhibitions, and professional events.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

• Female candidates only.

• Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering (Biomedical Engineer), Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or a related healthcare field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as a Medical Representative in the UAE market.

• Strong knowledge of the UAE healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical market.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Fluency in both Arabic and English.

• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.

• Valid UAE residence visa.

• Must hold a valid UAE residence visa.
