Roles & Responsibilities

  • Source and procure high-quality parts from approved vendors, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery to meet production schedules.
  • Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to optimize cost savings and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels by forecasting demand, monitoring stock, and implementing replenishment strategies to prevent stockouts and minimize excess.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to understand technical specifications and ensure the procurement of compliant and suitable parts.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in parts procurement, preferably within the automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing industries.
  • Proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills with a track record of achieving cost reductions.
