We are looking to hire a “Full time” Arabic speaking Male/Female Solutions Sales Lead based in UAE region to develop and expand our customer base. This position will be to engage and promote new and emerging technologies such as Queue Management solutions, public place use Robots such as humanoid robots, food delivery robots, Housekeeping robot, Digital signage solutions, Security and surveillance solutions, command and control room solutions and various digital transformation solutions to different industry segments such as Healthcare, Hospitality, Govt, Banking, Education, Oil & Gas etc. The “Solutions Sales Lead” will deliver value by differentiating our unique business solution capabilities to new major end customers. He/She will promote and lead sales activities for the assigned territory and achieve targeted sales revenue. Although a detailed product training will be provided to the deserving candidate, we expect the Solutions Sales lead to be a Quick learner and able to conduct meetings with C level executives independently. The expectation of this role is to develop and drive supporting a totally solution-based sales approach as part of any offering.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify opportunities with external clients which includes Banking and finance, Government departments, Hospitality, Education, Healthcare and Retail customers, and generate new sales opportunities.
Manage and grow the business of Queue Management solutions, Robotic CCTV & IP Surveillance Systems, meeting room solutions, Access Control Solutions, Gate Barriers & Entry Management, Command & Control Centers including LED video walls, ergonomically designed consoles, Video Management Software (VMS),AI-Powered Video Analytics, License Plate Recognition (LPR/ANPR) Solutions, Business Intelligence & Monitoring Dashboards, Integrated ELV Solutions, through mid to large enterprise customers
Educate the customers about the company’s product and services to drive business.
Work closely with the technical team, Presales, Sales and Operations team by collaborative working style which encourages teamwork.
With the help of our internal team, the Solutions sales lead should be able to conduct Sales presentations and demonstrations depending on customer needs keeping in mind of the deadlines.
Prepare and update customer pipeline/funnel which must be updated daily on the CRM to keep track of all the activities.
Should be self-motivated, result oriented and a go getter.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree Science or Diploma in Engineering Electronics/Computer Science, Marketing, Information Technology or equivalent.
You need to have a valid UAE residency visa (Parents sponsorship).
Language- Need to be proficient in English (oral and written) Spoken -Arabic will have some advantage
Valid UAE Driving license and own car is a must for the role.
Work Experience – 3-5 years of domain experience or , anyone with IT solutions including hardware, software, customization, and integration related work. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Queue Management solution, Digital signage solution, customer feedback solutions etc.,
Excellent client-facing skills and experience in dealing with client and technical teams as well as experience in presenting to C-level Executives.
Proven interpersonal skills particularly in client management and Business to Business sales.
Strong communication and influencing abilities.
Ability to adapt and learn the relevance and potential impact of emerging technology improvements and communicate these to non-technical people in a concise and convincing manner.
Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied departmental environments.
Strong work ethics, conduct is highly desirable for this role.
