Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Project Cost Estimator to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in supporting our sales and engineering divisions by accurately estimating project costs, sourcing them competitively, and ensuring our proposals are both technically sound and commercially viable.

� Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates for AV and ELV projects including:

• AV solutions for Meeting/Board rooms

• AV Solutions for Classrooms & Auditoriums

• AV & ELV Showrooms and Mall applications (indoor & outdoor)

• Access Control Systems

• Public addressing/ Background Music systems

• CCTV & IP Surveillance Systems

• Access Control Solutions

• Gate Barriers & Entry Management

• Command & Control Centers including LED video walls, ergonomically designed consoles

• Video Management Software (VMS)

• AI-Powered Video Analytics

• License Plate Recognition (LPR/ANPR) Solutions

• Business Intelligence & Monitoring Dashboards

• LED Video wall installations. 

• Conduct site visits for inspection, measurements, and client meetings

• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop winning proposals

• Source equipment and materials from suppliers/distributors with a focus on cost, quality, and delivery timelines

• Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure competitive and robust sourcing

• Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, technologies, and pricing strategies

• Utilize AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MS Projects, CRM and other professional tools for design and estimation

• Ensure compliance with client specifications, industry standards, and company policies

Desired Candidate Profile

• Engineering Degree or Diploma in Electronics/Electricals

• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in the UAE/GCC region

• Proven track record in pre-sales estimation for AV/ELV projects

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Adobe and other design/estimation tools

• Strong vendor network and negotiation skills

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities

• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
