Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments, meticulously adhering to dosage and schedule, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, catering to dietary restrictions and preferences, promoting optimal health and vitality.
  • Provide assistance with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, maintaining patient dignity and comfort.
  • Offer companionship and engage in stimulating activities, such as conversations and games, to combat loneliness and cognitive decline.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is a must, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification is required, showcasing formal training in caregiving.
  • Prior experience in a private caregiving role is preferred, indicating familiarity with the demands and nuances of the job.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing care to elderly or individuals with disabilities, reflecting a proven track record of care.
