Roles & Responsibilities

  • Performing all accounting operations related to accounts paid and accounts receivable relevant to the department’s activities in line with approved plans and programs.

    Tasks and responsibilities

    1. Preparing and monitoring budgets and financial reports

    2. Review financial transactions, invoices, and payments across financial systems

    3. Tracking assets, bank reconciliations, and financial archiving

    4. Supporting internal and external auditing activities

    5. Carry out financial and administrative tasks as directed by the direct supervisor.

    Academic qualification

    A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent from a recognized university.

    with 2-4 years experience

    or

    A higher diploma in finance, accounting, or equivalent from a recognized university.

    with 4-6 years of experience

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Advanced proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs

  2. Proficiency in using Oracle, accounting, and procurement applications.

  3. International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL)

  4. Excellent proficiency in both Arabic and English, including reading, writing, and speaking.

  5. Ability to respond to inquiries and analyze technical reports and articles
