Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize PL/SQL procedures, functions, and packages
Perform performance tuning and ensure efficient SQL query execution
Integrate and consume APIs (REST/SOAP) for seamless system communication
Support and enhance loyalty program implementations, including rewards, points management, and redemption flows
Work on co-branded card solutions, including transaction processing and partner integrations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, QA, vendors) to deliver high-quality solutions
Troubleshoot issues and provide production support
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and SQL optimization
Experience with API integration and system interfaces
Good understanding of loyalty platforms and payment/card systems
Exposure to co-branded cards and partnership models
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
