Serve as a System Analyst for Credit Card or Debit Card systems, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into system solutions.
Possess strong functional knowledge of Credit Card or Debit Card systems, including card issuance, authorization, clearing and settlement, Card Control, and customer servicing workflows with Digital channels.
Demonstrate solid domain expertise in cards and payments, including regulatory, compliance, and security considerations relevant to financial services.
Analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements, preparing clear functional specifications, system flow diagrams, interface definitions, and data mappings.
Perform impact analysis for business change requests and enhancements, assessing upstream and downstream system dependencies and advising stakeholders on feasibility and risks.
Exhibit strong proficiency in SQL querying and data analysis using relational databases such as Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server to support data validation, analysis and issue investigation.
Collaborate closely with internal IT teams (development, infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture, security, and operations) to support solution design, integration, and delivery aligned with business requirements.
Oversee and support internal testing activities, including system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing; ensure timely resolution of defects and issues.
Coordinate with external vendors and third‑party system providers, supporting requirements clarification, solution reviews, and dependency management while maintaining effective working relationships.
Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and audit requirements (e.g., PCI DSS), particularly for card data and cloud‑based systems.
Hands‑on experience with Agile project methodologies and associated tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), including cloud‑hosted applications, managed databases, integrations, and hybrid environments, is an added advantage
