Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide critical 24/7 support for banking applications, ensuring minimal downtime and swift resolution of production incidents.
  • Proactively monitor application performance and system health using advanced tools to detect and prevent potential issues before they impact users.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems across various banking systems, including trading platforms, payment gateways, and core banking applications.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to deploy application changes and patches, meticulously managing release cycles and rollback procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3–7 years of experience in Production Support within the Banking domain.

  • Strong knowledge of Loan Origination Systems such as Sysarc, Intellect, and Oracle-based solutions.

  • Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux, Oracle Database, WebSphere, Java, AWS, and REST APIs.

  • Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, problem resolution, and application monitoring.

  • Ability to work closely with business users, development teams, and infrastructure teams to ensure system availability and performance.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
