Roles & Responsibilities

• BIM Modeling: Develop detailed 3D plumbing models using software such as Revit,

AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks, adhering to project standards and specifications.

• Coordination & Clash Detection: Collaborate with other disciplines (mechanical, electrical,

civil, structural) to identify and resolve clashes, ensuring integrated system designs.

• Drawing Production: Prepare and update coordinated shop drawings, spool drawings, and

as-built drawings for plumbing systems.

• Technical Support: Assist engineers and project teams with model-related queries and

provide support during design and execution stages.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of revisions, model updates, and project

documentation related to plumbing systems.

• Quality Control: Ensure all models meet company quality standards and are consistent with

project requirements.

• Site Collaboration: Coordinate with site engineers to reflect changes and updates in the BIM

model based on field conditions or design modifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modeling, with a strong focus on

plumbing systems in construction projects.

• Technical Knowledge: Sound understanding of plumbing systems, fittings, installation

requirements, and relevant international codes and standards.

• Software Skills: Proficiency in Revit (mandatory), AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks, and BIM 360.

• Detail-Oriented: Ability to create accurate, high-quality models and drawings.

• Communication: Strong team collaboration skills with the ability to communicate effectively

with engineers, consultants, and site staff.
