Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize Building Management Systems (BMS) to enhance energy efficiency and operational performance.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with HVAC, lighting, and security teams to integrate BMS with other building systems for seamless operation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to BMS hardware and software to minimize downtime.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field is required.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in BMS design, implementation, or maintenance is essential.
  • Certification in BMS platforms such as Tridium, Johnson Controls, or Schneider Electric is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with energy management regulations and sustainability practices is a plus.
