Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage our stores, inventory, and end-to-end logistics operations in Abu Dhabi | Ajman
In this role, you will be responsible for the effective functioning of warehouse processes, maintaining perfect stock accuracy, enforcing FIFO, and handling local and international logistics (import/export). You will lead floor teams, coordinate factory material transfers, and ensure full compliance with UAE customs and HSE regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations: Manage receiving, inspection, shelving, packing, labeling, and delivery of all materials.
Inbound & GRN: Ensure all incoming purchased goods are cleared and logged into Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) within standard lead times.
Inventory Control: Maintain perpetual inventory of Raw Materials (RM) and Finished Goods (FG) to match physical stock with system books.
Replenishment: Monitor stock levels, generate Purchase Requisitions (PR) at re-order thresholds, and coordinate with procurement.
FIFO Compliance: Enforce strict First-In, First-Out (FIFO) procedures for all receiving and material issuance.
Stock Analysis: Identify and action the disposal of non-moving, slow-moving, or damaged stock following management approval.
Outbound & Dispatch: Pick stock against packing slips, generate Delivery Orders (DO), and oversee secure packing to eliminate customer returns.
Logistics & Customs: Coordinate local transport and manage UAE import/export customs clearance documentation and procedures.
In-House Transfers: Oversee production-related material transactions and internal store transfers.
Team & HSE: Conduct safety training, drive 5S methodologies, enforce HSE policies, and train store staff on product handling.
Documentation: Maintain absolute compliance with ISO standards and general warehouse documentation.
Customer Service: Professionally handle walk-in customers and coordinate with laborers on the shop floor.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Graduate degree from a recognized university.
Experience: 5 to 7 years of solid experience in warehouse stores and logistics management.
UAE Logistics Knowledge: Strong familiarity with UAE RTA rules, local logistics regulations, and regional service providers.
Import/Export: Deep understanding of UAE customs clearance, trade procedures, and import/export policies.
Skills: Highly detail-oriented with excellent English communication skills to coordinate with management and laborers.
