Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the design, installation, and maintenance of all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and building codes.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and upkeep of comprehensive irrigation systems, optimizing water usage and landscape health.
• Manage and mentor a team of MEP and irrigation engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Develop and manage project budgets for MEP and irrigation scopes, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
• Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP and irrigation designs seamlessly into overall project plans.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent professional certification.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale MEP and irrigation projects from concept to completion.
• Expertise in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, BIM, and irrigation design software (e.g., Hunter Hydraware, Rain Bird).
• Deep understanding of local and international building codes, standards, and best practices for MEP and irrigation.
