About the role

Our client, a leader in digital and tech industry, is seeking a highly organized and proactive project administrator to support a large-scale, multi-country corporate tax initiative spanning Africa, the Middle East, and CISSA (80+ countries). You will support ongoing projects and help drive delivery against key milestones. This role focuses on project coordination, governance, and stakeholder management, ensuring smooth execution across multiple regions and workstreams.

Key responsibilities

Documentation & coordination
Prepare, review, and manage project documentation, including contracts, approvals, trackers, and reports
Coordinate DocuSign processes, ensuring timely execution and accurate record-keeping
Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation repositories (e.g., SharePoint)

Project support
Track progress of multi-country initiatives against defined timelines and milestones
Coordinate with regional and cross-functional teams to gather updates and resolve bottlenecks
Proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project outputs

Reporting & governance
Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and status reports for leadership visibility
Identify and highlight risks, delays, and dependencies, escalating as needed
Support preparation of executive updates, presentations, and reports

Requirements/qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • 3–5 years in project coordination / PMO / admin support
  • Experience with multi-country or regional projects preferred
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Familiarity with DocuSign or similar tools
