LUMAIN is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales, Marketing & Customer Relations Executive to support business growth by generating leads, handling customer inquiries, managing social media platforms, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, sales confidence, and basic digital marketing knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and social media outreach
Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and social media
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with potential clients
Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients
Manage customer onboarding, renewals, and after-sales follow-up
Manage company social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
Coordinate with operations team for smooth service delivery
Maintain sales pipeline and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports
Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets
Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns that drive sales growth and brand awareness, utilizing both digital and traditional marketing channels.
Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly for maximum impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and customers, to foster loyalty and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong foundation in sales principles.
Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns that result in measurable sales growth.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on insights.
